Shipping policy
At Solano, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it leaves us. We aim to dispatch every order with the same care and attention that goes into selecting our pieces.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days from the date they are placed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During new launches, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations within India: 3–7 business days
These timelines begin after your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We currently ship within India only.
A flat shipping fee of ₹119 applies to orders below ₹2,499.
Orders of ₹2,499 and above qualify for free shipping.
The applicable shipping charge will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order.
Solano cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.
